Worked as freelance graphic designer for a couple fitness gyms during 2018-2019. The first is a series of fitness gyms based on the West Coast and Southwest. “Eat the Frog Fitness” was a fun short-term project where they hired me to help update a few marketing items, create a backdrop for their trade show booth, as well as create a couple new flyers, as needed.
The second was a series of gyms based in Maryland that offered a space for fitness, scheduled classes, as well as provided nutritional help to their members, focusing their marketing on the medical side of fitness and weight loss.
Headquartered in Issaquah, WA, Eat the Frog Fitness was a series of rapidly expanding gyms across the United States that focused their marketing on their fitness services and announcing new locations across the U.S.
The goal was to make sure that any new marketing aligned with previously established branding guideline.
Created a 10x10’ trade show booth backdrop for an event in 2019. Created with Adobe Illustrator.
Created a couple graphics, one for a referral promotion they were running and a local sponsorship ad in Arizona. Created with Adobe Illustrator.
While building the new website, I was tasked to create an articles and blog posts for the company. Traffic enforcement tends to be an unpopular subject amongst the general public so my goal was to not only market their services and solutions to police departments and municipalities, but felt that a portion of the marketing should be dedicated towards public awareness of traffic safety.
As part of the initial website launched, I wrote an article “Case for Enforcement” to be used as a dedicated webpage, published prior to launch.
After the website was finished, I continued to write 1-2 articles per month on Optotraffic’s blog. Here are a couple sample snapshots of the blogs that I both wrote and designed the accompanying graphics.
