Working as a Senior Graphic Designer in the Presentation Services team of a large marketing agency that specializes in medical and scientific communications, my role is to assist in the day-to-day needs of our various pharmaceutical clients. Deliverables range from creating short animated videos with Adobe After Effects, to creating landing page mockups and medical information website designs in Adobe XD, laying out scientific posters for large-scale printing in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint, to creating illustrative scientific figures, charts, and other graphics in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint, as needed.
Produced work for clients such as Catalyst Pharmaceuticals, Cerevel Therapeutics, Dompé Farmaceutici SpA, Janssen Oncology, Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, SpringWorks Therapeutics, among others.
After being handed off a wireframe from the development team, I created a couple webpage layouts in Adobe XD for Catalyst Pharmaceuticals. Once we landed on a final design, the pages were handed over to the development team to create the live website.
Starting in Phase I, I created a landing page in order to capture user information when visiting the site looking for medical information on their two pharmaceutical products.
Phase II was creating a full website design, expanding on the previous work, where the user would be able to access a library of information and publications relating to their products.
When a new client, SpringWorks Therapeutics, joined in 2021, I was tasked with creating a new scientific poster template and an oral presentation slide deck. These assets are usually used at scientific conferences and/or when they are presenting data from a study.
The scientific poster template was developed in Adobe InDesign and the slides were developed in Microsoft PowerPoint.
When our clients submit abstracts, manuscripts, or other scientific data, often the Presentation Services team is tasked with drawing scientific figures, which includes drawings, charts, and infographics.
Here are some of the figures I have created for our various clients, developed in Adobe Illustrator.
